Turn it up Treadmill program!

Try this out to shake up your cardio programming.

On a treadmill start walking at 4.0 mph(fast) @ incline 0.

At every two minutes go UP 1 incline…and DOWN .1 mph until you reach incline 10.

Minutes 0-2 (4 mph, 0 incline)

Minutes 3 & 4 (3.9 mph, 1 incline)

Minutes 5 & 6 (3.8 mph, 2 incline)

Minutes 7 & 8 (3.7 mph, 3 incline)

ETC….until you reach 3.0 mph and incline 10.

THEN…Do the opposite at 1 min intervals. Every minute go UP .1 mph and DOWN 1 incline. You should be going faster while lowering the treadmill until you reach the bottom.

20 minutes UP, 10 minutes DOWN….30 minute kick ass calorie burning program.
