Healthy dieters know what’s for dinner. Talking with people who struggle with eating well often have a common problem. They eat a great lunch and don’t eat again until they get home from work. Unfortunately by the time you get home you are stressed, tired, hungry and just looking for comfort. And it comes in the form of food. When you are stressed, tired, and hungry you are not focused and healthy decision making has gone down the drain like my 8th hour on the black jack tables at Ceasar’s. Arriving at home stressed, tired, and hungry might be hard to change but we do have the opportunity to plan what we’ll eat before we are ever get in that “comfort food seeking mode”.
Fail to plan and plan to fail.
