My take- Although the information above is helpful don’t order fries! Order the baked potato instead and try it with a little extra virgin olive oil instead of butter. Love fries? Try baking fresh cut potatoes or sweet potatoes at home. Your meal at the restaurant is most likely calorie dense to start.
