Tip of the day…

Tis the season for over-eating.

December, especially the last couple of weeks are filled with holiday parties. Our “Office” hosts one, so do friends, family, etc. It is a tough time to keep our weight in check.  One way to offset the over-eating at these events is to be aware of our caloric intake for the rest of they day. If you typically head out of the office to grab lunch chances are you are eating something you shouldn’t. For the last two weeks of the year make your lunch at home and bring it in to work; sandwich, soup, salad, etc. This will save your wallet and your waistline.
