Have gluten allergies?

If you are on a gluten free diet there are certain words you should look for when reading food labels. The obvious ingredients to avoid are gluten, wheat gluten, barley and rye. However, you must also avoid malt and hydrolyzed vegetable protein. Oats can be an alternative for some but they have also shown to increase similar symptoms (diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain).
