Sick of the same old protein sources?

You may know that protein is the building block of muscle. You may also know that sometimes it is hard to always eat enough protein. Protein from animals can be both expensive and hard to preserve. It is unlike carbohydrates or fats which do not need to be refrigerated and are, unfortunately, abundantly available. The choices for protein can also be limited. As far as meat goes you have three options; beef, chicken, and fish.

Boring! Protein is far to important to neglect eating out of boredom so try enjoying some of these other more exotic  and “yummy” choices which are often even healthier than our holy American trinity of chicken, beef and fish.
