It’s great to see people putting effort in to their nutrition. What I see too often is people looking for foods that are NOT BAD for them instead of foods that are GOOD for them.
There is a big difference.
Most “diet” food is a lesser calorie version of a less nutritious food to begin with. So many times people are left hungry because they are now calorie deficient but are also left nutrient deficient. All that adds up to soft, skinny fat, starving, grumpy people.
So the next time you grab a bite ask yourself, “what is this food offering me?”. If you can’t answer the question, don’t eat the food.
