9:00am– Cardio- 25 minutes sprint intervals, 20 minutes stepmill, 14 minutes stretching

10:30am– Meal 1- 3 whole egss, 3 egg whites, ham (2 oz), 2 cup hash browns

1:00pm– Meal 2- lettuce w/ turkey (6 oz), vinegarette dressing

2:15pm– Meal 3- Whey protein shake (30 g), 1 scoop natural peanut butter

3:00pm-Workout (Back)- straight arm cable pull-downs, underhand grip pull-downs, bent over barbell rows, dead lifts, 15 minutes walking at an incline

4:30pm– Meal 4- Sole (8 oz), mixed veggies, sweet potato fries, organic ketchup

8:00pm– Meal 5- Wagyu steak, 2 glasses of Pinot Noir
