6:00am– Cardio- 45 minutes walking hill intervals

7:00am– Meal 1- Whey protein shake (30 g)

9:30am– Meal 2- Scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal

1:00pm– Meal 3- Lettuce w/ turkey (6 oz), teaspoon italian dressing

3:30pm– Meal 4- 6 egg whites, ham (4 oz)

4:30pm-Workout (chest)- incline DB presses, cable cross-overs, hammerstrength chest press, incline dumbbell flies

6:00pm– Meal 5- Sole (8 oz), sweet potato fries
