5:50am– Cardio- Walking hill intervals on the treadmill (30 mins)

6:45am– Meal 1- Whey Protein shake (30 g), 1 cup oatmeal, Iced Coffee (black, 2 splenda)

9:30am– Meal 2- 6 hard boiled eggs (2 whole, 4 whites), salt and pepper, 2 slices multi-grain

12:20pm– Meal 3- Ground chicken (7 oz), 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup sticky rice

3:00pm– Meal 4- Ground Turkey (7 oz), 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup sticky rice

4:30pm– Workout (chest)- Cable crossovers (5 sets), hammerstrength incline presses (3 w/ dropset), incline fly/press superset (3 sets), cable crossover/ decline bench press superset (3 sets)

6:00pm– 93% ground sirloin (8 oz), frozen sweet potato fries (seasoned), 2 slices Ezekial bread

9:30pm– Grilled Chicken Kabobs (8 oz), Squash, rice w/ spinach (1 cup), 1 Miller High Life
