7:15am– Cardio (25 minutes on the stepmill)
8:00am– 1 apple and amino acids immediatly after cardio.
9:00am– Meal 1- 6 DHA Omega-3 eggs (wholefoods) (3 whole, 3 whites), 1 cup Alexia frozen hashbrowns (cooked only in spray on pan), 2 slices ezekial bread
12:00pm-Meal 2- 93% Ground Sirloin (8 oz), Alexia Frozen Sweet potato fries, 2 slices Ezekial bread, ketchup (organic), mustard
4:00pm– Meal 3- 2 Servings of Corn Flakes w/ milk, Whey Protein Shake (35 g)
7:15pm– Meal 4- Variety of Pizza (I had a craving and was way behind on my calories so I enjoyed some pizza before going back to the grind)
