7:30am– Cardio- 30 minuts on the stepmill

8:30am– Meal 1- Whey protein shake ( 30g), 1/2 cup blue berries and kiwi

10:00am– Meal 2- 6 eggs (3 whole, 3 white), 1 cup hash browns, 2 slices Ezekial bread

12:30pm– Meal 3- Salad w/ grilled chicken, legumes, pinto beans, olive oil and vinegar

3:45pm– Meal 4- Baked chicken w/ whole grain mustard, 1/2 cup brown rice

6:00pm– Whey Protein shake (30g)

7:00pm– Workout (back)- straight arm pull-downs, under hand grip pull-downs, barbell rows, partial deadlifts, wide grip chins

8:15pm– Meal 5- Same as meal 4*

10:20pm– Meal 6- 93% ground sirloin, sweet potato fries, 2 slices Ezekial bread, side salad
