5:50am– Cardio (30 minutes) walking hill intervals, 10 mins stretching

7:00am– Meal 1- Whey protein shake (30 g), 1 cup oatmeal

9:00am– Meal 2- 6 Hard boiled egg whites, 2 slices light rye

11:45am-Meal 3- Roasted chicken (6 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, butternut squash

2:30pm– Meal 4- Quizno’s regular chicken bourbon sandwhich (on the road)

5:00pm– 1/2 cup fruit, amino acids

5:15pm– Workout (bi’s and tri’s)- preacher curls, tricep extensions, standing DB curls, Dips superset w/ tricep extensions with straight bar, incline DB curls, concentration curls

7:00pm– Meal 5- Sea Scallops (8 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, summer squash
