The last 2 years have been great for me. I have seen my body and fitness change so much. I have always been a weight lifter…..working with trial and error…days I got down on myself….days I was happy…..sometimes strong…sometimes feeling defeated. I always asked myself when would I change? Would I ever get to where I want to be. I was in the exact same shoes as a lot of you. Frustrated.
The biggest change I’ve made in the last two years was my nutrition. Had I only known how important it was. I have always trained very hard, in fact I think most people train with adequate intensity for their goals. Once I educated myself about nutrition and how to adapt it to my goals I have watched my body change month by month.
I never thought it mattered that much. To me it was a matter of how hard you worked. The saying, “you can’t out work a bad diet” I thought was lame. I was lame. Take my word for it…..”You can’t out work a bad diet“.
Take this seriously, it comes from a personal trainer not a dietician….Changing body composition is 70% diet!
I find this so true that I will only garauntee results for my clients if I have control of their diet and nutrition and in accordance all my clients who get the best results allow me to create their diet and exercise program.
Don’t waste anymore time and take control of you nutrition and change your body.
