Finish your workout with (HIIT)

Tip of the day….If you are a weight trainer but would like to shed some fat add 10-15 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) following your weight training sessions. Just be sure to keep it short and eat immediately after to restore your glycogen and repair your muscle.

Try some sprint intervals. After walking for 2 minutes to warm up, sprint for 1 minute followed by 30 seconds of walking. Continue that cycle for 12-15 minutes. This small bit or cardio will go a long way.
