Cosmopolitan Magazine makes drinking water more simple for us

When I want helpul health and fitness information I run and grab my Cosmo! I flipped right to the health section and discovered that Cosmo has simplified how to figure out how much water you should drink per day! Yay, ready?

Body weight /2 = x

x/ 8 = y

y= the number of glasses you should drink

oh, and + 1 or 2 depending on how intense your exercise is.
