Wow! Only 2 weeks left. 10 down, 2 to go. I’m very happy with my cutting efforts this year. Started around 204lbs with 16% body fat and I’m now 186lbs with 10% bodyfat.
Here are my changes for the last 2 weeks.
Diet- My carbs will continue to lower. I plan on having 2-3 days of very low carbohydrates (30 grams in the morning, 30 grams after my workout). When I feel run down I will have a day of 150-200 grams.
Cardio-I’m sticking with 45 minutes of (HIIT) in the morning on an empty stomach. I may also decide to add 15 minutes post workout.
