One observation I’ve made is that individuals are often obsessed with how many calories they are burning on the cardio equipment or how many calories are burned per workout.
” Josh, do you think the calorie counters work on the machines?”
“Josh, how many calories do you think we just burned?”
“Josh, what do you think burns more calories?”
They are all legitimate questions, but, one major factor is missing. No one counts how many calories they eat!!!! So what does it matter?
You want to know exactly how many calories you burn but just estimate how many you eat?????
Put that into perspective.
