7:00am– Cardio- 30 mins on the stairmaster

7:45am– Meal 1- Whey protein shake, 3/4 cup of oatmeal

9:30am– Meal 2- 6 egg whites, 2 slices light rye

12:30pm– Meal 3- Baked chicken (6 oz), 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup brown rice

2:30pm– Meal 4- Herbed Turkey (6 oz), 2 slice Ezekial bread, mustard

4:30pm– Workout (chest)- Cable cross-overs, decline bench press, incline flies, Incline Hammer Strength presses

6:00pm– Meal 5- 6 DHA Omega-3 eggs (3 whole, 3 whites), 1 cup hashbrowns, 2 slices Ezekial bread

9:00pm– Meal 6- Baked chicken, mixed veggies
