8:00am– Cardio- 30 minutes on the stepmill

9:00am– Meal 1- Whey Protein shake (30 g)

10:00am– Meal 2- 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup hashbrowns, 2 slices Ezekial bread

12:30pm– Meal 3- Romain lettuce with herb roasted turkey (5 oz), 1 tblspoon balsamic vinegarette

3:00pm– Meal 4- Herb roasted turkey (6oz), mustard, 2 slices Ezekial bread

4:00pm– Workout (bi’s & tri’s)- close grip bench press, standing preacher bar curls, straight bar tricep extensions, incline DB curls, rope extensions, standing DB curls

6:00pm– Baked chicken (7 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup peas
