5:50am– Cardio- 30 minutes walking intervals on treadmill

6:45am– Meal 1- Whey protein (30 g), 1 cup oatmeal

9:30am– Meal 2- 6 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices rye bread, 3 oz mixed fruit

12:15pm– Meal 3- Roasted chicken (7 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup peas

3:00pm– Meal 4- Turkey (5 oz), 2 slices Ezekial bread, mustard

4:00pm– Workout (back)- Straight arm pull-downs (rope), close-grip pulldowns, barbell rows, cable rows, straight arm pull-downs (rope) superset w/ assisted pull-ups.

6:00pm– Meal 5- 93% ground sirloin (8 oz), sweet potato fries, 2 slices Ezekial bread, mustard, organic ketchup

8:00pm– Meal 6- Salmon fillet (8 oz), side salad with vinagrette
