9:00am– Cardio- 30 mins walking hill intervals

10:00am– Meal 1-Whey protein shake (30g)

10:30am– Meal 2- 3 Whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup hash browns, 2 slices Ezekial toast

2:00pm– Meal 3- 8 oz Salmon Filet, 1/2 cup brown rice

4:00pm– Workout (shoulders/ chest)- DB lateral raises, hammerstrength shoulder presses, rear lateral raises, Chest- incline hammerstrength presses, incline flies.

6:15pm– Meal 4- 93% ground sirloin (8 oz), frozen sweet potato fries, 2 slices Ezekial bread, organic ketchup, mustard
