8:00am -Cardio- 40 mins walking hill intervals on treadmill

9:30am– Meal 1- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of hash browns

1:00pm– Meal 2- Turkey (6 oz), 2 slices Ezekial bread, mustard

3:00pm– Meal 3- Lettuce w/ turkey (6 oz), light italian dressing

4:30pm– Workout (Shoulders)- Smith machine presses, smith machine wide grip upright rows, lateral raises, rear lateral raises, DB shoulder presses

5:30pm– Meal 4- Whey Protein shake (30 g)

7:00pm– Meal 4- Baked Chicken (6.5 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice
