7:00am– Meal 1- Whey protein shake (30 g)

10:00am– Meal 2- 6 hard boiled egg whites, 2 slices light rye, black coffee

1:00pm– Meal 3- Baked Chicken (6.5 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup asparagus

3:30pm– Meal 4- Same as meal 3*

5:15pm– Workout (Bi’s and Tri’s)- Close grip bench press, standing DB curls, tricep cable┬ápull-downs (straight bar), barbell curls, tricep cable┬ápull-downs (rope), hammer curls

7:00pm– Meal 5- 93% Ground sirloin (8 oz), 2 slices Ezekial bread, mustard
