8:30am-Cardio- Stepmill 20 mins, walking treadmill intervals 20 mins

10:15am– Meal 1- 3 Whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 cups hash browns

1:30pm– Meal 2- Baked chicken (6.5 oz) 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup asparagus

4:00pm– Workout (Back)- Under hand grip pull-downs, bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, wide grip pull downs

5:15pm– Meal 3- Whey protein shake (30 g)

6:00pm– Meal 4- Baked Chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup asparagus

8:00pm– Meal 5- Whey protein shake (40 g)

10:00pm– Meal 6- 93% ground sirloin (8 0z), 2 slices Ezekial bread, mustard
