5:50am– Cardio- 40 mins walking hill intervals

7:00am- Meal 1- Whey protein shake (30 g)

8:00am– Meal 2- 6 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, black coffee

10:30am– Meal 3- Romain hearts lettuce w/ herbed turkey (6 oz) and light italian dressing.

1:45pm– Meal 4- Turkey Sandwich, Herbed turkey (6 0z), 2 slice Ezekial, mustard

4:00pm-Workout (chest)- Decline bench press, incline barbell bench press, hammer strength incline press, incline DB flies

6:30pm– Meal 5- Steak tips (8 oz), rice pilaf, broccoli

12:00am– Meal 6- Sea Scallops (8 oz), asparagus
