8:30am– Cardio- 20 mins stepmill, 15 mins treadmill

10:00am– Meal 1- 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 cups hashbrowns

12:30pm– Meal 2- Salad w/ chicken and balsamic vin

4:00pm– Workout- (shoulders/chest)- seated side laterals, smith maching shoulder press, cable rear laterals/ side laterals, Chest- low cable cross-overs super set w/ push-ups.

5:00pm– Meal 3- Whey protein shake (30 g)

6:00pm– Meal 4- Baked chicken (7 oz), 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup asparagus

10:00pm– Meal 5- Roast chicken, bbq sauce, baked beans, salad
