7:30am– Cardio- 20 minutes stepmill, 15 minutes treadmill

8:15am– Meal 1-Whey protein shake (30g)

9:00am– Meal 2- 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 cups hash browns

11:30am– Meal 3- Turkey sandwhich, herbed turkey (6 oz), 2 slices of Ezekial bread, mustard

3:00pm– Meal 4- Lettuce w/ turkey (6 oz), balsamic viniagrette dressing

4:30pm– Workout (bi’s & tri’s)- close grip bench press, barbell curl, straight bar tri extensions, hammer curls, rope extensions, incline curls

5:30pm– Meal 5- Baked chicken (7 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup asparagus
