7:00am– Cardio- 30 mins walking hill intervals

8:00am– Meal 1-6 DHA Omega-3 eggs, (3 whole, 3 whites), 1 cup hash browns, 2 slices of Ezekial bread

11:30am– Meal 2- Baked chicken (6 oz), lettuce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette

2:30pm– Meal 3- Whey Protein shake (30 g)

4:00pm– Meal 4- 93% ground sirloin (8 oz), mixed veggies, sweet potato fries

6:00pm– Meal 5- Salmon Fillet (9oz), salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette

9:00pm -Meal 6- Herbed Deli turkey (6 oz), 1 scoop natural PB
