A tip for the scale

 If you are concerned with you weight 1) Weigh yourself on the same scale at the same time of day. In the morning your body is dehydrated and will weigh less than the afternoon or evening. 2) Don’t weigh yourself everyday or you’ll drive yourself crazy. Allow the body some time to change. There are so… many factors that contribute to our weight that measuring it too often can be discouraging.
